Revenue seizes herbal cannabis worth €4.3 million in Rosslare
Today (25/06/2016) Revenue officers seized 215kgs herbal cannabis in Rosslare port. The smuggled drugs had been concealed in a consignment of frozen meat in an unaccompanied container that arrived from France. Following routine profiling, the container was selected for scanning and the drugs were uncovered. Investigations are ongoing.
