Revenue seizes 18kg of herbal cannabis at Portlaoise Mail Centre

Today (14/07/16) at Portlaoise Mail Centre, Revenue Officers seized 18kg of herbal cannabis with a street value of approximately €360,000.

The drugs were discovered following routine profiling, when a Revenue detector dog indicated on 3 parcels which had been sent from South Africa and Nigeria to addresses in Dublin City.

Investigations are on-going.
