Career Progression

Revenue offers an exciting and challenging structured career in a dynamic and diverse organisation. Our mobility policy facilitates exposure to a wide variety of interesting roles and gives staff opportunities to learn and apply skills.

We value staff learning and have a strong focus on continuous personal and professional development. We offer a wide range of comprehensive training programmes and provide financial support for self-learning, where necessary. This enables us to sustain a highly skilled and empowered workforce. We also have a broad range of work-life balance options, subject to business needs.

Our 'Investment in New Recruits' won the 'Excellence in Skills Development' category at the 2016 Civil Service Excellence and Innovation Awards. This project showcases our innovative approach to staff recruitment, retention and capability development. It ensures that we have the right staff, with the right skills, in the right locations to deliver on our mission. It also demonstrates our commitment to investing in our people so that we can deliver a world class service.
